Exam Access Arrangements
Exam Access Arrangements (EAA) are arrangements that are applied for via the JCQ following their regulations. Where the JCQ denies a request we cannot appeal this.
In order for us to apply for EAA we must use a learners’ Normal Way of Working and complete EAA testing. This usually happens towards the end of year 9 and during the start of year 10.
Examples of EAA are; rest breaks, prompter, use of word processor and 25% extra time.
Further information about EAA can be found on the JCQ Website or from our EAA Policy.
